West San Antonio's neighborhood spot
Tucked along Military Drive near Lackland AFB, this is an everyday gathering place for local families and military-connected neighbors looking for honest, hearty Mexican food.
Big caldo, mini tacos, whole fish
Guests rave about the piping-hot caldo, four mini tacos (asada, al pastor, chicken, or ground beef), and the whole fish — local favorites that make this location worth the trip.
From the kitchen
Come as you are, leave full
The inside is cleaner and more comfortable than the unassuming storefront suggests — a relaxed place to settle in, take your time, and enjoy food that comes out hot and ready.
